Job Description |

 |
As head chef you will be responsible for all training and development for your brigade whilst running the operations to the company standards. The restaurant is a high level fresh food driven brasserie, so the chosen head chef must have a proven background, ideally from a brasserie and or branded background.
You will be expected to motivate and lead your team, be a good communicator, able to control stock and gp margins whilst working under a pressurized environment.
In return as head chef you will be offered a base salary of up to 28,000 + bonus and the opportunity to progress within the business as they are set to open more restaurants in the near future.
Eligibility:
In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must either be eligible to live and work in the UK or must obtain permits to work in the UK prior to application. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
