Job Description |

|
This popular fine dining restaurant, which recently opened with lots of good reviews, is seeking the talents of an experienced Sous Chef to join its stable brigade. You will be creating fine Modern European Cuisine using fresh ingredients and the menu changes regularly. You must have experience within a high standard fine dining environment.
As Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the head chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen as well as be involved in the training and development of the junior chefs in the brigade. You will also be responsible for running the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
Eligibility:
In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must either be eligible to live and work in the UK or must obtain permits to work in the UK prior to application. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
