	Job Description
	The successful candidate will be accountable for the following: • Being the first point of contact for all the relocation-related matters for the assignees • Counselling the assignees on their relocation entitlements and conducting need assessment for their relocation-related requirements including housing preferences, household goods movement, schooling requirements, language training needs etc. • Coordinating with various departments and vendors for the delivery of all the authorised services and ensuring that the client’s service specification is met with • Co-ordinating with different parties for the timely submission of client-specific reports and ensuring the accuracy of the reports The desired Requirements for this role are as follows: • Excellent command in both written and spoken English; command in additional languages would be advantageous • 3+ years of experience in client-service field or with administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in handling Recruitment/ HR or relocation-related services in an in-house or vendor role is advantageous but not essential. • Diploma or above level of education • Customer-oriented with excellent listening and consultative skills • Proficient in Microsoft environment / Internet • Exposure to different world cultures would be advantageous In return you will receive a generous salary, a structured career path within a structured organisation and ongoing training for personal development.
