	Our client is seeking reliable, punctual, professional & operationally minded Car Controllers/ Coordinators to work for our and fast paced company. Personality is key, as they are looking for hardworking, professional people with exceptional communication skills that can get on with and influence people at all levels whilst gaining respect from your colleagues. We are seeking individuals with demonstrable experience in a similar role. Main Duties: Dealing with Customer Queries Liaising with Drivers and Call Centre Agents Some allocation of work Essential Skills: - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Outgoing and confident; can communicate & work well with various personalities - Full of ideas of a proactive nature. - Ability to learn new database/ booking platform systems - Intermediate IT skills - Previous experience in senior car coordination within a large and reputable company. Equipment Used • Bespoke booking platform and all other systems used within the co. • Phone system SHIFTS: Wed-Sun-4pm-1am Fri-Tues- 4pm-1am Wed-Sun-10pm-7am Thurs-Mon-10pm-7am
