	Job Description
	Sales Manager - Defence. Avon / United Kingdom Reference 9833 Description Sales Manager required to contribute to the creation of overall Group strategy and plan. You will also create, implement and manage the tactics for the Sales and Marketing activities that help to deliver the Group results as defined in the plan. And, you will generate and develop client and strategic relationships on behalf of the Group, as well as find and develop opportunities to grow the business. You will need: - experience of defence communications, radar and/or counter defence equipment markets - technical knowledge of RF/Microwave electronics and its applications - a proven track record of developing sales in UK and export markets - to be driven and self motivated - experience of dealing with UK defence primes - tenacity and robustness to follow opportunities and convert to sales - the ability to develop relationship at all levels in org � snr managers, project leaders, technical staff etc - excellent networking skills An excellent basic, benefits, and career progression opportunities re available for the right candidate.
