Job Description


1st and 2nd Line IT Support Analyst. Support Analyst will have responsibility for providing 1st and 2nd line IT Support.

----The jobholder will be able to demonstrate excellent commitment to customer care in a support environment coupled
with the ability to follow procedures and processes whilst performing within a Team.

Accountabilities:

------Provide 1st and 2nd line support for users, Provide software and hardware support to all PC users.

------This consists in diagnosing and resolving faults logged to the Helpdesk.

-----Provide a project resource for hardware, software, PC and business solutions where able.

-----Train users on a one-to-one basis in order to anticipate re-occurrence of user faults.

-----Ensure accurate record of the Asset register is kept maintained at all times.

-----Suitable candidates demonstrate ability to prioritise and manage workload in demanding environment showing
willingness to 'go the extra mile'.

-----The IT Support Team has strong customer facing skills, as well as good technical knowledge, the Support Analyst will
be able to demonstrate both of these skills along with strong Teamwork.
