	Job Description
	Our client, based in the City of London, is looking for hungry and determined Land Sales people to join their team. It is not essential that you have experience in an identical role as full training will be provided, however an understanding of the market would be an advantage. This is a self employed opportunity based in prestigious offices in a prime city location. This is not a cold calling role, the company has 35 cold callers in place, your role would be dealing with the clients that have been passed over to you already showing an interest in investing money in to Land. You will not only offer great Land sales opportunities throughout the UK but there are also other exciting Investment ideas you will be able to offer to your portfolio. These sites are prime locations purchased from major UK Developers Although self employed this is a warm role but positioned for top sales people only, with a number of the team earning 100k+ This role will only suit dynamic sales people with a desire to earn extremely well and can demonstrate and evidence this. The working environment is similar to a trading floor. Working hours are midday-8pm Monday to Thursday and midday-5pm on Friday.
