Our client is one of the UKs leading residential and mixed use property developers. Their aim is to be the developer of choice for customers, colleagues, land owners, suppliers, subcontractors and investors.
They are currently searching for a Planning Manager for their West Yorkshire office.
Reporting to the Managing Director you will be required to manage the subsidiarys forward land and planning activities to secure Forward Land (Greenfield/ brownfield) with potential for development on a cost effective basis. Other duties include:
•,Staff- In charge of Senior Planners, Planners and Planning Assistants/ Graduates.
•,Budget- Forward Land pre-development expenditure.
The successful candidate will have planning management experience within a major main contractor. |
